BARBARA ROSIAK (born in 1955)
Rosiak studied at the Department of Painting and Graphic of the Public High School of Arts. She graduated with a special prize at the atelier of Professor Rozga and the atelier of painting of Professor S. Fijalkowski. She is interested mostly in artistic graphics in the metallic techniques, mostly colourful etching. She is involved also in painting, drawing and exlibris. She took part in over ninety collective expositions and contests. Individual expositions: Warsaw (1980, 1990, 2006 Katarzyna Napiórkowska Art Gallery), Lodz (1979, 1997, 1998, 2001, 2008), Malmo, Oslo, Amsterdam (1981), Torun (1983), Kristianstad, Sophia (1984), Poznan (1988, 1991), Konin, Zielona Gora (1985), Ottawa (1986), Leszno, Chicago (1987), Szczecinek (1994), Sweden (2000), Krakow (2002). Collective expositions: USA, Germany, Switzerland, France, Sweden, Denmark, Japan, Finland, Austria, Canada, Morocco, Monaco, Holland, Belgium, Italy, Great Britain, Taiwan, Spain and others.
