PROFESSOR STANISŁAW SOBOLEWSKI (born in 1952)
Studied philology at the Jagiellonian University (1971-1976) and painting under prof. Zbigniew Grzybowski at the Academy of Fine Arts (1974-1979). In 1989/90 he was a trainee at the Faculty of Painting at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts. He practices easel painting. His works have been presented in numerous individual and collective exhibitions in Poland and abroad, and they are to be found in private and public collections.
